Madrid Home Communities recognized for commitment to quality care
Madrid Home Communities has received the 2025 Bronze Commitment to Quality Award from the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living, presented to only 3% of AHCA/NCAL’s 15,000 members this year.
“This is well-deserved recognition for the tremendous effort and work done by the entire team in Madrid,” explains Kris Hansen, CEO of Western Home Services, Inc., the organization’s non-profit operator. “The award shows how committed they are to providing the best possible life for the residents of Madrid Home Communities.”
Nominees must display evidence of continuous improvement and resident-centered care to meet the award program’s rigorous standards. The award recognizes organizations that are building a culture that puts quality first.
“It’s been important to us for a long time that all employees take our mission to heart and assertively create fulfilling lifestyles for everyone who calls this their home,” says Madrid Home administrator Rick Colby. “The recognition is nice because it’s really about doing what is right for our residents.”
“I am incredibly excited about the team we’ve built to reach this point and to see the Madrid Home community continue to grow and improve,” says Sadie Fuson, xxxxxx. “The future looks bright!”
The AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program has bronze, silver and gold levels. Now that Madrid Home Communities has received bronze recognition, it is eligible to begin working on silver certification.
