The Cedars Now Offering Carefree Living Option

The Cedars, a Madrid Home Community, now offers a carefree living option alongside its award-winning assisted living services. Carefree living can be a more affordable offering for individuals to better fit evolving needs throughout their aging journey. 

Differing from assisted living, carefree living provides three meals per day and weekly housekeeping for units at the following rates: 

  • Studio: $1,650 per month 

  • 1 Bedroom: $1,831 per month 

  • 2 Bedroom: $2,072 per month
